Happy birthday Declan!

Declan turned three at the end of April. He is getting to be so smart and cute, while retaining enough obnoxiousness to still be a stinkweed. We love our little guy. This is the cake he requested after looking at my cupcake cookbook.

I tried to get a picture of him with the cake, but between stinkface and blurry camera work, no dice.

We celebrated mostly in the morning, when Mr. B was home. We had pancakes with sprinkles and hot cocoa. And presents. 

Disneyland

We were able to take the kids with lots of help from Grammy and Grandpa Brien to Disneyland and California Adventure in April. We went a week before Declan turned three, so that he had free admission. We had a really fun time and the kids loved it. 

April Happenings

Easter morning everyone got goggles in their Easter baskets. The only logical thing to do was get naked in the tub and give them a try. Ian's are upside down, supposed to be Spiderman; Declan's are Jake and the Neverland Pirate Tick-Tock-Croc; Audrey's are Minnie Mouse.

One night Mr. B and I went upstairs to go to bed and found a visitor. Precariously asleep on the arm rest. 

Declan has a best buddy, Oliver. The two are in nursery at church together and LOVE each other. We have playdates occasionally, and I took this photo because these three boys were so cute in their fort watching TV.
