Visiting Aunt Carly

One day on our trip, we headed up to Seattle to visit Aunt Carly and her new baby, Thomas. Thomas is our kids' first male cousin! He is perfectly adorable, and we had a lovely day at Lincoln Park.

Spring break trip to WA

For spring break we hit the road and drove 14+ hours to Puyallup, WA to see our families.

McDonald's always seems to be a part of our road trips.

We finally got to attend my mom's Easter Egg hunt for her grandkids and my cousin's children. We had a lot of fun!

The weather was gorgeous, and we had some good outdoor time. This is Orting River.

Audrey got some girl cousin time, which she needs after living with two brothers! This is Audrey and Jamie.

 We also had a successful Rood family picture, Mr. B and I got to attend the Seattle temple, and we got some nice time with our parents and family.

Happy birthday Ian!

Ian had a great birthday and on the weekend had a wonderful Minecraft themed birthday at our home. All his dreams came true.

Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and Mystery Spot

We spent President's day having a fun family outing, hiking in the Redwoods State Park and touring the Mystery Spot.

Mr. B took Audrey to the Daddy daughter dance at school. Fun!

Declan found his Luigi costume from Halloween and wore it as often as possible this month, especially after attending a friend's Mario themed birthday party.

I found this fun tee shirt--my ideal weekend would be to snuggle up and read.

Mr. B took Audrey and Ian to Point Lobos while I took Declan to yet another birthday party one Saturday.
