April family life

I'm not even sure how I have pictures from April, because we spent the middle week moving into our new house. Our first house was sold by the owner, so we had to find a new rental. It was stressful and exhausting, and extremely time consuming. But we managed to have quite a few fun times during the month.

We signed the whole family up for the By the Bay 3K, but I got super sick after moving, so Declan and I stayed home. This is on our new front porch/driveway.

My kids are always hiding in the paper towels when they go to the store with me.

Making jam. We were about to run out, and my kids won't eat store bought jam. It was a fun Sunday morning activity to do together (we have afternoon church this year). This is in our new house.

In our new backyard, we have a lot of deer. We have seen a few brand new fawns, which has been fun. We even got to see this one nurse!

I had a birthday! It was during move week, and even though I spent most of the day loading and unloading our possessions, I got to go out to lunch with Mr. B while Beth watched Declan, and I got lots of lovely attention. These books were my gift from Mr. B--super excited to read them!
